CHANGE OF MIND/EXCHANGE

Unless authorised by management at Kids Kingdom any stock returned for credit will not be readily accepted.  

If you are seeking a exchange, you are required to contact Kids Kingdom within 2 days after the item is delivered.  Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached.  Please be aware a restocking fee may apply. All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please do not post until you have confirmation with Kids Kingdom authorisation - credit will not be be given in this case.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged or leakage in transit, we cannot accept responsibility.  Please check your goods upon receipt for any damage that may have been caused through transit, you are required to notify Kids Kingdom within 2 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If you find your product damaged please contact us within 2 days of delivery.  In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval - credit may not be given.

Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal:

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Kids Kingdom shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
